La Calabria Ristorante is a great local restaurant owned my Clara and Giovanni with a great “mom and pop” feel. La Calabria opened on August 1,2008. Giovanni, who is from Calabria, makes almost all the food from scratch. In Calabria the Italian dishes are more red sauce based and spicyand Giovanni makes all of his dishes as authentic as they are in Calabria, Italy. These tasty Italian dishes range from salad, veal and chicken to seafood. They have amazing desserts as well, homemade cheesecake and tiramisu. La Calabria Ristorante has a full bar with imported Italian wine.
